Mind, Body, and Spirit

This spoke to me today...Beyond Complaining
Adapted from, Healthy Choices for Women

Be hospitable to one another without complaining. I Peter 4:9

Most of us have more blessings than we can count, yet we can still find reasons to complain about the minor frustrations of everyday life. Today and everyday, make it a practice to to count your blessings, not your hardships. Fill your heart with gratitude. When you do, there's simply not room left for complaints.

Forming Healthy Habits
Adapted from, Healthy Choices for Women

Dear friend, I pray that you may prosper in every way and be in good health, just as your soul prospers. 3 John 1:2

First, you make habits, and then your habits make you. Some habits will bring you closer to God;
other habits will lead you away from the path He has chosen for you...
If you trust God and sincerely ask Him to help you, he can transform your life.
The same God that created the universe will help you defeat the harmful habits.
He is ready to help you become a better person if you ask Him.
